I aim at obtaining a position as an Early Childhood Teacher that will utilise my dedication to children's educational needs and development. Encouraging creativity and higher-order thinking in a way that increases children's performance. Teaching young children of varied abilities and in doing so enhance my knowledge and skills in ECE.

I am an honest, enthusiastic, flexible, energetic and loving person with a touch of immense professional attitude, who has the ability to build close workplace relationships with colleagues and support them. I am well organised, possess efficient time management skills. I am patient and understanding while working with young children and look forward to engaging in quality learning opportunities with them. I believe that children are the future therefore I am passionate about making a positive learning difference during children's important growth years and extend their knowledge. I think early childhood education not only helps young children gain later success but it also helps the educators learn, understand and update about themselves. I believe I possess the skills you are seeking and would make a valuable addition to your organisation. I am looking for a new challenge that will provide me with the opportunity to further develop my time management and organisational skills.

• Able to practice Te reo Maori in day to day teaching
• Able to incorporate learning relevant to different curriculum areas such as early literacy, numeracy, science, arts and music
