• Started a Walk up Project but unfortunately lifes circumstances at the time meant an early exit. I was keen to stay on.

I was Accountable for contributing to Programmed Facility Management (PFM) profitability and growth by coordinating planned work activities and ensuring a high quality service outcome to our customers.

Responsible for the planing ,scheduling and safe delivery of services in conjunction with our key sub contractors, managing the operation and administration of the business, to the point where projects were invoiced.

Responsible for the development and coaching of sub contractors foremen, trades staff and apprentices working within their region. In the role I was actively involved in promoting positive staff morale, a safe work environment and contributing to the development of an appropriate business and customer focus within the team.
