I am a hard working, reliable person who has a range of paid and unpaid work experience and leadership roles. I am looking for a summer job in Brisbane as my family has moved to Brisbane. I am looking for a role that will develop me, give me the opportunity to work with people and develop my career experience.


I am talented artist and drawer and have sold art. I have also had roles supporting younger rowers with learn to row and new students as peer support at high school and have had summer holiday jobs for parents and family. I am goal-oriented, hardworking and have represented the school and region in rowing and running in the past.

I am an artist who has done a number of paintings and have received art show awards. I have sold several of my paintings and have been commissioned to do art for family and friends.

  • For this role I was voted in by other student members of the Onslow College Rowing Club as their representative on the committee.
  • The role involved attending fortnightly committee meetings as the team captain.
  • An important component of this role was to regularly hold conversations with the various team squads and to express any issues and opinions at committee meetings.
  • This included raising and addressing a range of student concerns through the club committee (adult committee) including dealing with harassment issues and supporting improved facilities and equipment.
  • I also represented the students doing speeches and award ceremonies at events and managing uniform design and orders for the club.

Peer supporter

  • This role involved attending a peer support training camp, from which roughly half the students where selected as peer supporters.
  • I and a group of three other senior students where assigned to a year nine class. For their first week we attended their regular timetable, effectively running the classes. After the first week we attended and ran the year nine camp activities.
  • After these first two weeks we continued to attend twice weekly form classes running activities.
  • Besides running activities a major part of this role was to monitor student wellbeing and report any issues to the teacher and support staff. It also included settling minor disputes and mending relationships between students.

Dog Walker

  • Looked after pets and home during periods where my grandmother and family were away.
  • Provided security for home and ensured pets were looked after.
  • Fed, walked, and cared for dogs during owners' absences and out-of-town trips. My grandmother has 4-5 dogs to care for.
