Role:

This job involved the running of multiple jobs, sometimes up to 40. Meeting with the clients regularly and supplying thorough reports during the builds. The role included creating schedules, Variations and contract management. For the past 18 months I have overseen multiple Kainga Ora Multi Dwelling sites. Dealing with Architects, Engineers, consenting authorities while maintaining extremely tight timeframes and budget requirements.

• Liaising with Third party consultants. i.e. Architects, Engineers

Projects:

Completed multiple hospitality fitouts around Christchurch including, Drexels, Two Fat Indians, Peddle Pusher, Head over Heels.

• Establishing the business of Residential Architectural New Builds

• Local Marketing

• Client relations

• Organizing all Contracts and Site Health and Safety

• Quoting off plans

• Variations

• On site management and Carpentry

• Organizing local Suppliers and Contractors

• Administrative tasks working with Word, Excel and Xero and creating EDM’s

Projects:

Crusader Homes has completed numerous projects around the Canterbury Region, ranging from $1million New builds to major renovations. All jobs were Architecturally designed, working in with local Architects.

• Onsite Carpentry

• Manage Health and Safety within the Company

• Involved in staff training and development.

During my time at Solid Builders, we completed various projects ranging from Residential New Builds, Apartment buildings, and major renovations. We had 3 directors and rotated all the business duties evenly between us.
