I believe I have all the skills, expertise’s in this field to provide you with what you need to run a successful campaign. I have been involved with Waikato Rugby for the past 10 years in various roles.


I have been involved with Women's rugby for over 8 years. I had the pleasure of being involved with the resurgence of Women's Club Rugby in the Waikato, as well as Waikato Women's returning to the NPC.


I still to this day enjoy being a small part of the women's programme, even though I've had a change in roles.


I have had experience with women of all ages form 14-30 years old, through Waikato's various programmes e.g. Pre-academy, Academy, U/18's, Farah Palmer and Black Fern's.


I have been apart of several Women's sports including Netball, Touch,


I have a great understanding and extensive knowledge when it comes to youth development, due to the fact I have seen most of these young men and women through from school Boys/girls rugby to representing our province, Super and National squads.


I have found my greatest asset is understanding that connecting with our athletes is important, but having the ability to promote change in there behaviors and understanding in and out of an environment is essential to there growth.


I have dealt with some of the worst to some of the greatest youth/adults. I have learnt how to adapt, communicate and grow a trusting and professional relationship with all my athletes.

  • RTP Plan alongside Team physios and Doctor for the return to play athletes.
  • Athlete modified training loads on and off the field
  • Development Group Strength & Conditioning coach (Chiefs & NZRU U/20 candidates)
