Currently I work for Suncorp Vero Insurance as a Property Claims Consultant. As a Property Claims Consultant my Role is to process and progress Insurance Claims from start to finish. I am the first point of contact for the Customers, Policy holders, Brokers,Stakeholders and handle queries and escalations daily via phone or email. I lodge New Claims and review their policies and what they are covered for to progress their Claim to complete it. I facilitate and co-ordinate appointments, referrals to Loss Adjustors, Suppliers, escalating their Claims where needed. I also manage Speed Claims. I work with complex systems in a fast Past environment I consider myself to be dependable, hardworking and reliable, with impressive time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work under pressure. I believe my experience, numerous administration and customer service skills are transferable. Paired with my resilience, integrity, and positive attitude, it would make me a valuable asset to any organization.
