- Working for dickens gas and heating I assisted 2 engineers in all aspects of plumbing and heating applications, my role involved small plumbing works and carrying out basic aspects of plumbing work whilst keeping to health and safety regulations.
- My duty also involved making sure everything was tidied up at the end of the day and ensuring that the customer is well pleased with the job and after this collecting all the tools and loading them back into the correct place in the van.
- We worked on new build propertys installing brand new plumbing and heating systems which involved PVC pipework, from 1st, 2nd fix and finishing.
- Maintenance works in the local area was also conducted by us, which varied from leaky pipes to replacing key components of systems.
- When carrying out any copper work it was soldered and completed to a high standard and quality finish.

- We worked only residentially and carried out combi-combi swaps, and combi-conventional.
- We encountered many different plumbing and heating systems and carried out work accordingly.
