Over the past few years I have built skills operating machinery and carrying out practical management in the Orchard. While working in a production line team (packhouse) I have enjoyed finding the most efficient ways to complete tasks through using problem-solving skills. My trustworthiness and positivity creates a bubbly and enthusiastic environment for those that I am working with.
