This was an awesome course over four months at Middlemore Hospital. Learnt how people think and react to different situations. It taught me so much on work relationships and how to interact with people. I have put it into practice many times and it has worked. One thing that stood out for me is some people are extroverts and others are introverts hence why people think and act differently and see things in different ways. Makes me understand my team alot better and I have become a better person in myself to be a leader.
