Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, market activities, clinical and technical support offered, Demonstrate selling skills and product knowledge in all areas, Develop annual business plan in conjunction with Product Manager, which details activities to follow during the year, which will focus on meeting or exceeding sales quota, Conduct monthly consignment stock counts, Facilitate/conduct product demonstrations, including physical demonstrations and/or in-service training, Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with Stakeholders and decision makers, Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors, Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed, Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals, Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
