Tau Medical Supplies, KZN, Thoracic Orthopedic Drains & Catheters, Cardiologists; Cardio-Thoracic surgeons; Cardio-Vascular Surgeons, Vascular Surgeon, Orthopedic Surgeons, General Surgeons, Trauma Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, Obstetrician Gynecologist, Urologists, Perfusionists, Clinical Technologists & Hospital staff, Approx. 50000 per week (sales target not yet assigned), Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and establishing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential new accounts and/or customers, Train on dedicated products and expanding personal knowledge of these products, Provide high quality clinical and sales support for all dedicated products in assigned territory, Assess market for potential market share growth, Provide full database report for territory with competitor information. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, market activities, clinical and technical support offered, Demonstrate selling skills and product knowledge in all areas, Develop annual business plan in conjunction with Product Manager, which details activities to follow during the year, which will focus on meeting or exceeding sales quota, Conduct monthly consignment stock counts, Facilitate/conduct product demonstrations, including physical demonstrations and/or in-service training, Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with Stakeholders and decision makers, Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors, Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed, Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals, Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees
