Established framework for individual mentoring and coaching of graduate engineers.

Designed and delivered leadership and management development programmes for range of clients, principally Aviation Security across the Pacific.

Led major project to design, develop and stand up a new training and progression system for the NZ Fire Service. This included frameworks for all ranks, from Qualified Firefighter to Executive Officer, and a Masters programme in conjunction with Massey University.

Designed and delivered numerous programmes for Defence, specialising in leadership. Worked directly with Infantry, Artillery, Marines and Intelligence.
