I have over 20 years in Civil Construction working in various capacities to complete small and large projects. Having owned successful businesses I understand what the challenges are in completing projects, managing staff, all compliance issues, dealing with clients and stakeholders and returning profits. I pride myself with work ethic, keeping busy and being organised to enable everyone else around me to keep busy also. Production requires focus on the tasks at hand, weather that be solving issues, the correct staff and machinery, completing tasks safely or simply keeping everyone motivated.
