I am an experienced registered nurse in both medical and mental health-based practice.

I have developed and consistent skills in both fields and have grown in roles of responsibility - with a proven and a proven track record in mentoring new nurses and participating in quality improvement initiatives, driving enhanced patient care and team effectiveness.

My knowledge in patient assessment, medication management, and collaborative care planning have been developed in practice and post graduate study.

I am now after over 20 years in nursing practice, seeking to expand to nursing education.

I have a passion for knowledge, both to expand my own and share my experience with new nursing students and graduates. I am hardworking, versed in offering experience based care and education and have expertise in Emergency Medicine and Mental Health.

I feel my background can be positive to the skills I need to practice to be a teacher in Nursing. I graduated from WINTEC and look forward to being part of the next generation of nursing
