I am a Registered Nurse who has recently completed my first year as a new graduate, dedicated to delivering patient-centred, compassionate care. My commitment to high-quality nursing is informed by my formal training and previous caregiving experience. Over the past year, I have accrued over 1500 hours of experience in a fast-paced adult surgical ward and admitting unit, where I have acquired fundamental nursing abilities, while consistently prioritising patient safety, participation, and family perspectives. Prior to this, during my training, I completed over 1,100 hours of clinical placement as a nursing student in both adult and paediatric settings. I am a high adaptable individual, proficient at navigating constantly changing environments. I demonstrate initiative, alongside excellent time management skills to effectively address arising challenges. As a highly motivated individual with a positive mindset and bubbly, approachable personality, I am eager to further expand my skill set and continue growing as a professional nurse.
