
I have a passion for health, outdoor recreational activities and wellbeing. I took the path of studying fitness after leaving secondary school where I obtained my NCEA Level 1, 2 & 3. At the Western Institute of Taranaki, I completed a Level 3 and Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Exercise (Personal Training). I then studied Level 5 Diploma in Health Sciences, though the Naturopathic College of New Zealand, while multi-tasking with jobs in hospitality. I completed a Level 5 Exercise Certificate last year that has helped to broaden my knowledge on the application exercise in treating illnesses and disease prevention.
I love working in dynamic environments, meeting new people, and working towards a greater purpose with like-minded people. My ideal job is one that allows you to proactively achieve goals that company sets, and one that improves life satisfaction, freedom and happiness.
