Builds range anywhere between stand alone spec housing, through to bespoke architecturally designed homes, as well as large multi-unit developments with regional specific pricing Nationwide.
- Used bespoke, in-house software to prepare pricing, feasibilities, purchase orders and variations.
- Review both concept and working drawings and make recommendations to adjust site requirements specific to budgeting.
- Issuing monthly payment claims to meet funding requirements on larger developments.
