I have, from extensive experience, a good knowledge of Wildlife present on Rural and bush properties in the Rodney District.
Pulling , ringbarking and poisoning non -native invasive plants and trees from bush areas and reserves.
Walking reserves and bush areas, removing pests from traps ( rats, mustilids and hedgehogs), and baiting traps.
Oversaw volunteers and seasonal workers on assigned projects and inspected work for quality control, proper use of equipment and participant safety.

1999- 2000 Vice President of Native Freshwater fish Society. Spent the year moving a Native Freshwater Fish Tank display between schools in Whangapaoroa, providing fish food and educational material to teachers.
Kept native fish at home for 8 years.
2004- Present , Enhancing Native habitat in 2 acre bush property in Sandspit with Pest and Weed control.
Identifying native birds, reptiles, fish and insects on the property.
