Key Responsibilities:

• Follow health and safety procedures while working with tools, machinery, and chemicals.
• Dispose of garden waste and keep work areas clean and tidy.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
• Provide excellent service and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors.

• Operate an independent business focused on selling football boots, uniforms, and sports accessories to players and teams.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with professional football players, coaches, and clubs.
• Provide personalised service, helping clients choose the best products for performance, comfort, and style.
• Negotiate directly with suppliers and manage pricing, stock, and delivery logistics.
• Promote new products and exclusive releases through social media and personal networks.
• Stay up to date with football market trends, product innovations, and athlete preferences.
• Manage all aspects of the business, including sales strategy, customer service, and financial control.
• Ensure high-quality, reliable, and discreet service for high-profile clients.
• Grow the business through trust, word-of-mouth, and consistent customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and analyze daily logistics operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics partners (3PLs) to optimize transportation routes, reduce delivery costs, and maintain service quality.
• Track shipment performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage warehouse and inventory data to support demand planning and replenishment accuracy.
• Prepare and present logistics performance reports, including KPIs such as delivery time, cost per shipment, and fulfillment rate.
• Support cross-functional teams, including Customer Service and Operations, to resolve logistics issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Use data analysis tools and dashboards to forecast logistics needs and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Shopee’s logistics policies, safety standards, and regional regulations.
