Summary
I left school at age 17 and went straight into a building apprenticeship with Cunningham Building and Construction. The company went into liquidation in 2011. Following this I applied for a job at Calder Stewart Construction. I worked my way up through the company, to eventually become a site manger running three 10 million dollar plus builds (ICC 3 story building on don st, Alliance venison plant and Kmart Invercargill).
The opportunity arose in 2018 where i was approached to move to Central Otago to become a site manager/ project manager. After a hard and long decision my family and I moved.
My first job was to run and manage a 36 room accommodation complex which went from 2018 to 2021.
My current job is managing three multi million dollar homes under construction currently in Queenstown.
