Summary

A positive and dynamic team member who is dedicated to midwifery care across the scope of practice and working sensitively alongside women/wahine/persons to jointly strive for normality for the antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum journey they so desire. I have so far successfully completed a Bachelor of Midwifery degree to a high academic standard and have obtained comprehensive midwifery knowledge and skills at a tertiary level during my employment as a core midwife with Te Whatu Ora Waikato , St John of God Hospital and subsequently as an agency midwife. My most recent role encompasses the full scope of midwifery practice with a permanent position in Delivery Suite and Women's triage. I am currently undertaking a Postgraduate Certificate in Midwifery for the betterment of my practice and in turn to provide relevant and fully informed care to women\wahine and their family\whanau.
