  • Be the friendly and knowledgeable face of the company for the guests who have travelled across the world to complete their bucket list adventure.
  • Organise and manage up to 14 guests, whilst being an exceptional problem solver towards any conflict.
  • Deliver clear safety briefings and instructions before each activity using effective communication.
  • Administer first aid if there is an accident, use training and experience to respond accordingly.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with each guest and gain their trust throughout the challenging activities.

  • Safely drive the guests in a 17 seated van around the South Island, ensuring they feel calm and safe the entire tour.
