Caedyn McAllister

I volunteered to be a referee for my younger sibling's Junior Basketball Team. This included assisting with officiating games for junior teams. I was required to be punctual and committed, and required to have strong interpersonal communication skills to convey rules and regulations to others.

I volunteered to coach my younger sibling's touch rugby team. This required me to share my knowledge and skills of the game in an effective way. Part of this was also officiating at games, using my interpersonal skills to communicate the rules of the game effectively and ensure that the game was running smoothly.
