Caleb Jupe

I am a hard working and dependable individual, Through years of training as a waiter at high end restaurants, I have been able to develop skills of achieving customer satisfaction. I feel that my knowledge of business, which I gained while studying at university, although I know I have a lot to learn, would be helpful in this kind of work.

My name is Caleb Jupe, I am 22 years old, I am From Ireland but am currently spending a few months abroad in New Zealand. I have  bachelors degree business and geography and have graduated in August 2023. I have previous experience working in hospitality by working as a head waiter at Michelin recommended restaurant and have also worked in other restaurants but most recently a team operations member at Bunnings New Zealand. I enjoy developing and maintaining customers as that provides me with the best job satisfaction. In my spare time I enjoy running and in March 2023 I completed my first marathon—the Lake Garda 42. I play many sports and I enjoy being outdoors and going on hikes. I am also currently taking lessons in Italian online as a I am hoping to spend some time there this coming summer. 

• Achieved a 2.2 grade from the School of Business Maynooth
• Completed my first marathon in March 2023, in Lake Garda, Italy
• Won the all-Ireland schools Championship in 2016
• Was made head waiter of Sherwood Lane inc. in 2022. and helped our restaurant improve and become more efficient by creating a new section system in the workplace that was successful
• Moved to New Zealand for a summer and successfully helped a work team improve on their organisation skills by delegating and communicating and implementing ideas
