In past roles I've always tried to find more things i can do and ways to improve efficiency and communicating with customers to find out things that could be improved like areas that where missed / areas of interest to recommend to other customers as well as fine tuning recommending vehicles better suited towards their plans ( this resulted in many comments that i should be working at the counter )
