In this position I am responsible for serving customers at the Odyssey Sensory Maze. The role required strong communication and strong customer service skills, as I engaged with visitors, provided clear instructions, and adapted to different guest needs in a fast-paced environment. I also contributed to maintaining the quality and presentation of the maze, working closely with the team to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Another important aspect in this position is using my problem solving skills to create both short term and long term fixes to maintenance issues.
