- Have done a variety of work including renovations, extensions, high end new builds, and some commercial work.
- Was in charge of running a 7 month new build with another builder which allowed me to take on more responsibility and be in charge of another worker as well.
- Worked and communicated with sub contractors throughout each job to ensure everyone's on the same page.
- Maintained professional relationships with the clients throughout each project, keeping them informed on progress updates and addressing any concerns as needed.
- Interpreted plans accurately, building structures to exact specifications.
- Have been in charge of material and concrete quantity calculations and quite often pick up materials from suppliers.
- I have operated a large variety of power tools and hand tools and am able to carry out each job to a neat and professional standard.

- Worked closely with other apprentices and builders to complete each job and learned a lot along the way.
