Summary

You can expect me to be consistently punctual, reliable and responsible, as I believe mahi is a cornerstone of good health. When I represent an organization or a company I do it with pride and integrity.

My years of experience as an instructor, guide, and tutor, where I was responsible for groups of people in the outdoors and in kaupapa Māori environments has developed my skills to work in a close setting and motivate through times of struggle. Over this time I have honed my communication skills to effectively convey information and instructions clearly and concisely. Positivity, humor, and directing attention to the goal at hand are definitely tools I keep in my kete.

I excel under pressure and arise to the challenge , As i believe this is where true growth is achieved. I have a strong sense of foresight, which is used to predict and curb the direction of the mahi at hand to best suit the needs of the group or individual.

When taking the lead in any given situation, I understand that a leader is only as strong as the group, therefore the primary focus is on working together and aligning the efforts of the collective, which can be understood as kotahitanga. I aim to maintain a calm and confident manner, witch in turn keeps us in tune with the bigger picture and ultimately reaching our goals.
