In February I attended an Outward Bound course in Picton where every day for 3 weeks we were put through navy seal-like training while maintaining a respectful and open attitude no matter how bad our hardships got. From kilometre swims or 13 hour sessions of hard out rowing on a replica cutter I have pushed through and improved my wellbeing and fitness.
