Fitness and Pool

I love going to the gym as it is a way to keep myself healthy both physically and mentally and I enjoy to teach others how to help themselves in whatever ways I can. I have a Level 4 Certification in both Exercise and Fitness Leadership through the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness (NZIHF).


Pool is much the same as is is a way of getting out and socialising with my friends and meeting new people, helping to aid in my mental health. It is also something I strive to improve as it is both very enjoyable but also difficult to master helping me to learn from mistakes I might make in everyday life.
