Accepting delivery of parcels, pallets and cartons of all forms of goods for the hospital. Checking off items against packing slip, entering product into products database lists. Pick and dispatch orders to all departments of the hospital. Extreme care and accuracy is needed due to the nature of the items being handled ie. cyto-toxic products, pharmacutical items and sterilized equipment.

Soon after starting working at St George's Hospital my Manager recognised my eargerness to learn new tasks, I was offered further work at St George's Hospital. I am currently in the casual worker's pool for Hospital Oderely, this involves contact with all staff members including specialists and patients. Through this position I have built up many skills, including learning about adhearing to Patient confidentially laws, safe manual handling habits and strong communication in a team environment. Also of which punctuality is extremely important.
