  • [2018] Implemented new Auckland Direct to Site and Freight In Store operating model, implementing 20,000m2 dedicated FIS facility in Westney Road Mangere Included updated planning model in addition to new facilities, inventory model and staff configuration.

  • Selected Melbourne site and implemented full Regional and metro VIC operating model. This included setting up sales teams, customer service and support, logistics, site fit out, IT, establishing KPIs and measurement system to track profit and other key measures. Full budget responsibility. Highly successful state based model, exceeding all targets.
  • Selected Brisbane site and implemented direct to site operating model in Brisbane.

  • Led formula optimisation system implementation as part of major plant upgrade at the Waitoa Nutritional's plant (part of larger project). Included implementation of dispensing systems and automation.
