- I was a produce worker at New World Hastings, working both morning and night shifts
- All prepped fruits out front in the morning after unpacking them from the chiller
- Prepare my work station for fruit and veggies that need to be cut before they are put out
- Then the orange juicer has to be cleaned and reassembled
- Rotated produce on display by following "first in – first out” policy.
- During my night shifts, I would unpack all fruit into the chiller, clean up, and restock the shelves before going home
- Supported loss prevention initiatives by monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies or suspected thefts promptly.
- Check paperwork to make sure closing passes health and safety
- Check off chiller temps and date all the fruits that came in and their shelf life
