I have worked part time Tues-Friday for Tom Parker House since March of this year. My son attended, I formed a good relationship with the teachers. I was offered a role part time that fit in with Daycare hours which I gladly accepted.

My Responsibilities

. Assist teachers with supervision and care of group of 20 children.

. Maintain safety and security by overseeing students in indoor and outdoor environments.

. Assist teachers with classroom management and coordination to maintain positive learning environment.

. Support students physical, mental, and social development using classroom games and activities.

. Maintaining a clean environment meeting health and safety regulations

I have worked for Proactive since 2019. I started as a full time CSO then May of 2021 I had a baby and went on parental leave for a year. I then returned back as a casual employee covering all three clinics in Hastings, Napier and Taradale where needed.

My Responsibilities

Client Service

· Meeting/Greeting clients with a smile

· Recording and editing client details

· Respond to client queries in a timely manner

· Ensure that clients receive a comfortable and great experience

· Ensure follow ups guidelines are met

Clinician support

· Registering ACC claims and liaising with ACC

· Supporting the clinical team to have all the information they require to deliver outstanding client service

· Ensure sufficient daily stock of treatment products

· Printing, photocopying and faxing as required

Revenue and payments

· Ensure all treatments and products are billed

· Take payments

· Bank balance and reconciliation daily

· Bank deposits

· Invoicing

Contract management

. Booking new clients

. Working closely with clinicians, OT's, physiologists and doctors

. Entering of data and billing

General Administration

· Diary management for clinicians as required

· Managing bookings and appointment schedules

· Responding to emails

· Answering phones

· Coordinating and inducting tradespeople/technicians to the facility

Clinic presentation

· Ensure clinic meets standards for presentation and cleanliness

· Ensure clinic meets health and safety regulations
