  • Office Management: I manage all office operations, including ordering food and equipment, coordinating with building management and cleaners, and assisting with new starter onboarding, travel programs, and general business inquiries. I also played a key role in organizing company events, retreats, and functions across all regions.
  • Sales Administration: I provide comprehensive support to the sales team, assisting with deal creation, contract crafting, and ensuring deal compliance. I manage HubSpot administration and am responsible for all supplier and vendor registrations. I also created new processes and Pandadoc templates to streamline the deals and contracts process.
  • Accounts Receivable: I oversee all accounts receivable functions, managing three separate inboxes for NZ, AU, and Canada. I handle customer invoicing queries, liaise with accounts to reconcile accounts, and proactively follow up on aged receivables. I also contributed to a project that implemented a new billing system and created a report to track un-invoiced customers.
