I am an reliable person who can easily adapt to situations when need to be. I am compassionate and show empathy to those who need and get along with all different types of people ensuring that everyone is feeling respected. I have great determination and discipline which I have learnt over the past 12 years of doing karate allowing me to maintain composure in high stress situations. Im am passionate about making New Zealand the safest I can by stopping crimes, protecting those in need and saving lives. I go over and beyond to ensure im going beyond call of duty. -Its been 3 years since I have started started at Turf Tech and 2 and half years since starting my apprenticeship. Turf Tech contracts with Formosa Golf Course and Resort. This involves us maintaining and taking care of the Golf course and resort grounds.
-Here I work within a small team, during this time I have gained experience in a range of different skills to help to maintain an successful golf course.
-I have experience in training new employees ensuring that all protocols are followed safely and proper use of equipment. I ensure that the best practices are in place for golf course maintenance.
-I have enhanced the the golf courses conditions with implementing effective maintenance practices in an timely manner.
-Day to day jobs include me operating heavy machinery, landscaping, using hand tools, weather monitoring, abatable and flexible and having great problem solving.
-I was an Outdoor instructor at Camp Adair which involved me being a leader of certain activates we had available at our campsite.
-Facilitated in debriefing sessions after every sessions for every activity completed, which reflected on challenges which had been faced, accomplishments, personal growth as well as areas we can improve on for the future.
-I implemented risk management strategies which is up to the industry standards to prevent/ minimise accidents or incidents from occurring while completing these outdoor activities.
-I provided clear instructions to the activity to ensure the the participants are having fun while maintaining there safety.
-This job I assisted the senior hairdressers by providing an welcoming and professional environment for them and getting them set up and ready.
-I would greet them at them and offer refreshments and then advise there stylist that they have arrived and ready.
-I would clean up after the stylist such as sweeping the floors, sanitizing brush, all there stations are clean and washing the dishes and towels.
-I would also stock the shelves and make sure we are fully stocked as well as making sure the whole salon is always deeply cleaned.
-My duties were front of house which meant I was in charge of greeting customers, seating them, taking orders and making them away of any specials we may have on that day.
-Handled lots of high pressure situations making sure I was composed as well as providing an excellent service even during very busy periods.
-I had great multitasking skill which involved me balancing multiple tables, working on the cash register, answering the phone and packing takeaway orders.

Through a school challenge, I went over to Borneo a third-world country. To help out local village's upgrade their schools and churches while also learning valuable life lessons and other cultures.
I competed in an international Karate tournament where I placed 2nd for kata and 3rd for fighting.
After 10 years of hard training, commitment and a lot of dedication I received my black belt in karate. I now as well as training now also teach and give back to other upcoming students.
