I supported elderly in their every day to day living plus a long with some personal cares My role at Rhodes was varied depending on which shift I was doing. In the evening I was the only staff on so I was responsible for security for the whole building, also tending to any call bells. I was in charge of entertainment in the evenings and also took residents on weekly outings. Time management was essential along with reception work at times.
