  • Current focus is operational splitting of the business (new legal entities set up Dec 24) with dual systems and data separation
  • Involved in various sale processes including all of the data due diligence to point of sale
  • Organizational Transformation: Led a major 2-year transformation program to shift the organization to a "High-Performance" culture. Appointed as Delivery Manager, providing strategic advice and reporting to the Governance Group on rollout, risk, and employee impact.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the People Experience function (HR Operations Centre), ensuring the efficient delivery of all HR administration, onboarding, and support services and resolving policy interpretation/application.
  • Strategic Partnering: Partner directly with C-Suite executives (Chief Revenue Officer, CTO, Chief Data Officer and CFO) to drive commercial outcomes, managing complex cost-saving programs (>$5m) and agile workforce planning.
  • Wellbeing & Culture: Championed psychological safety and wellbeing, successfully achieving the DV FREE Tick (2019).
  • ER & Compliance: Manage complex employment relations, investigations, and policy interpretation to ensure a fair, equitable, and compliant workforce.

  • Facilities & H&S Management: Managed critical Property and Health & Safety issues following a major building fire.

  • Risk & Compliance: Implemented external vetting procedures to ensure compliance with AML/FATCA requirements for staff working with banking clients.

  • Wealth Management Partnering: Managed the HR portfolio for Business Bank & Wealth (600 FTE), acting as a trusted partner to the GM. Led the transformation of the Private Wealth Management function to align with new business strategies.
  • Risk & Finance Portfolio: Partnered with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer, ensuring people strategies supported the bank's strict regulatory and risk management frameworks.
  • Organisational Design: Led restructures of the Finance Leadership Team and the Credit and Financial Crime business units, ensuring robust consultation with unions and adherence to employment law.
  • Agile Transformation: The HR division was the first in the Bank to adopt Agile methodology. Embedded new ways of working in sprints that were functional team projects
  • Capability Uplift: Rolled out a new capability framework for Finance to improve role clarity, career progression, and succession planning.
