I am an experienced, highly driven, self motivated and detail orientated People & Culture Coordinator with proven interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills. I have a passion for health & wellbeing and helping others and strive to create a positive and inclusive culture in the workplace.


I have considerable HR administrative experience spanning over four years, that I have gained from my previous roles, and have had exposure to a variety of areas of Human Resource Management. I love collaborating with others and taking risks. I am an approachable, natural leader with excellent time management skills, a positive attitude and always put my best into everything I do.


I am ready for the next step in my career and eager for a new challenge and the opportunity to grow and develop in a new environment overseas. I strongly believe I have the skills and qualities to excel in this role.

  • Developed employment agreements, letters and variations
  • Booked and conducted interviews, managed pre-employment screening and organised pre-employment checks
  • Created Job Ads and Job Descriptions and posted Job Vacancies online
  • Managed the onboarding of waged employees and liaised with recruitment agencies
  • Supported candidates and employees with immigration requirements such as managing the Job Check process and the company's Accredited Employer Status with Immigration New Zealand
