I am an experienced and motivated Administrator / Office Manager with nearly 40 years experience covering the Health, Disability, Aged, Real Estate, Early Childhood Education and most recently Primary and Secondary schooling.
I have great organisational skills and love a challenge to implement new systems (if needed) that will make a positive difference for all the staff affected.
I enjoy working as a team member as well as being in a sole position environment, blending the two as required.

OneSchool Global is a private exclusive Brethren school for Years 3 - 13. My role here as Office Administrator encompasses all things that help make the school function, including:
Reception - greeting parents, community members, contractors, visitors
Student Database - Entering attendance twice a day and phoning for all absences daily.
Assisting all 25 staff members and 120 students with their IT issues.
Assisting the Principal and all staff with administration duties as required
Finance - Daily approval of accounts payable, assistance to the Board and Principal for yearly budgets, sending monthly statements to families
Ordering supplies - stationery, cleaning, staffroom, first aid.

Management of Health & Safety and Hazards of school
Assist caretaker as required.
Organising the end of year school cleans with various contractors.
Maintaining Kindergarten rolls and accounts; child files, Staff time sheets and ratio levels.

Complete weekly, monthly, termly and end of year reporting as required.
Assist Head Teacher and teaching team with an administration work as needed.
