Summary

I aspire to be part of a workplace that actively embraces and fosters Te Ao Māori and the Māori world view. Ideally, this work setting would prioritise delivering top-notch services with a commitment to equity, guided by Kaupapa principles, and backed by key performance indicators to ensure positive impacts for Māori and organisational advancement. My collaborative approach, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering outcomes empowers me to work effectively with minimal oversight while consistently achieving results. My purpose is to serve and advance the well-being of my people. I operate in a multidimensional space where equity guides my service. While I am not laden with a string of academic titles, I bring work and life skills to the table. I possess the knowledge to guide effectively at all levels and am always present when needed. I am dedicated to the service and dissemination of Mātauranga Māori. I bring the wisdom and insights gained from navigating spaces where the empowerment of Te Ao Māori education takes its rightful place, fostering its growth and enriching the workspace. Whether working for any organisation, my mission is to illuminate, educate, and share the profound significance of Te Ao Māori by adhering to Te Tiriti. This imparts resilience to those without prior understanding, enabling them to learn and prosper. Knowledge serves as the keystone to all learning, and the accumulation of wisdom paves the way to a brighter future for all concerned.
