I am an experienced administrator and receptionist with a background working in fast-paced environments in both the Government and non-Government sector. I am well organised, can administrate systems efficiently and am very quick to pick up new systems as has been required across my career. My diverse range of administrative skills led me to become the senior receptionist and acting practice manager of a busy medical centre; this role allowed me to build on my people management, accounts and payroll skills as well as gain insight into the operational needs of the business I worked for. I am friendly, approachable, trustworthy and value the relationships I have had the opportunity to create with my colleagues over the course of my career. I pride myself on being organised both in my personal and professional life, and I am adept at managing time and prioritising my workloads. The environments I have worked in have all had rigid deadlines and required work to be turned out efficiently and with accuracy and I can confidently say I work well under pressure. I am looking forward to taking on a new administrative role that will allow me to further build on my accounts and payroll skills, as well as allow me to work with people who I can actively learn from and whom I can continue to provide excellent administrative support to.
