  • Foundations boxing, levelling the ground by raking the ground, profiling the boundary lines, putting in plastic pods for steel and concrete, using a dumpy laser level for even surface over whole project.
  • Pouring the concrete and screeding then curing the concrete for a good quality finish.
  • Standing the frames putting in anchor bolts to the slab also bracing the frames and plumbing to make sure everything is straight and strong.
  • Installing trusses once the frames are fixed to a professional standard.
  • Installing insulation.
  • Screwing off jib, marking and cutting to the appropriate measurements.
  • Nailing off Architraves, scotia's and skirtings apart of the finishing process.
  • Foaming windows and doors with builders foam and pef rod.
  • Packing out windows and doors so they open and close correctly.
  • Ceiling batterns for the ceiling jib.
  • Roof battens for the roof to get screwed on and strengthen the trusses.
  • Installing hardware like cavity doors, wardrobes, and hanging doors.
  • Decking and stairs for outdoor areas and extensions to the house.
  • Brackets and bolts like cp40’s and joist hangers. Also reading the specifications on a building plan and other architect plans.
  • Installing cladding different types like cedar cladding and aluminium cladding.
  • Installing cavity batterns for the cedar to be fixed to the batterns.
  • Vermin tray to stop insects and help with weather protection.
