  • I spearheaded content management, efficiently leading this process and liaising with various stakeholders and managing other individuals

  • Contributions encompassed scriptwriting for learning videos, crafting compelling front-end copy, curating subtitles and translations, creating and overseeing the distribution of social media content, conducting rigorous testing and quality assurance checks and strengthening content through proofreading and editing
  • Continued to excel in the role of writing, building and distributing weekly newsletters, conducting research to obtain relevant information and materials to create content that was applicable to our users. These newsletters had an above-industry open rate of around 50% and 4-5% click-through rate
  • Moreover, I honed my creative skills and became proficient in graphic design, utilising software like Photoshop to create and manipulate assets for impactful social media and website visuals
  • The title in this role was recently changed to reflect the work I’m doing and the senior position I hold within the team.
