BFM fitting is a well respected company and they ensure and prioritize quality. They are a massive distributor to overseas companies with significant reputations to just name a few; Tesla, nestle and dominos.

While working as a QC inspector at BFM my job was to ensure the quality of the connectors and spigots they where sending out meet all the requirements. This job requires you to have a keen eye for detail as you are the last defensive until it gets shipped off.

• This job requires you to Communicate with production team members about any quality issues you come across.
• Ensure the product meets all the requirements
• it requires you to know all process's of inspection as there is different fabrics thickness and measurements.
• Clearly communicate and document any problems and how consistent they are.

When doing data entry for BFM my job was to do all the cycle timing for all there machines in the connector production area. This was so they where able to get a quote so there distributors will know how long a connector will take and find areas that need working on because of inefficiency. After all the cycling timing my job was to enter all the cycle timing and organise a spreadsheet which had to have all the different categories I was also required to convert all the times into seconds. What I wasn't required to do but was happy to do it was some of the calculations.
