My Introduction to the work force begun with Max Fashions as a sales assistant. In this role I proved reliable and an upbeat sales assistant who was successful at promoting customer loyalty, satisfaction and purchases with consultative techniques and diligent attention to individual needs. I then left the role at Max Fashions to gain more administrative experience as a Self-Storage Consultant at National Mini Storage while also working for Allgo Plumbing as and office junior. In these roles I was able to exercise my customer service and sales skills, while building a solid foundation of administrative skills. My most recent role was a medical receptionist for Auckland Radiology, were I communicated positively with physicians, office staff and patients. I remained a hard worker willing to go the extra mile to complete tasks, which included greeting patients, assessing payment options including insurance, updating medical records, and assisting the medical imaging technologists with patients or paperwork.
