Charlotte Hesson

I was asked to coach a Year 7 Volleyball team from Tahuna Intermediate. I managed the teams practice before games and supported them on the sidelines during games. My aim was to encourage them to do their best.

I am one of five Year 10s who have been selected to be the Sports Council at Queens High School. We help to organise activities for all the other year groups. We also raise money to build new facilities or fund new student programmes.

• Managed time efficiently in order to complete all tasks within deadlines.

I babysit my 5 year old step sister when required:

As a volunteer in Interact (Rotary Club Youth section), I help organise and run fundraisers for Queens High school, such as the 40 hour famine and stalls at market days.

• Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.

I waitress at Fe29 Gallery previews generally every 2 months (but times ca vary). We usually cater for between 50-60 people and it can get hectic at times, requiring me to stay calm, positive and multi task.
