As a part of my final year of my Bachelor of Arts double major studies, I carried out an internship with JustSpeak. JustSpeak are a justice advocacy organisation who aim to move towards a fair, restorative and compassionate criminal justice system in New Zealand. My main role within the internship was to create a digital directory of post-prison support services to assist in the transition of offenders into the community. This included locating and contacting services, collecting information on the services provided and recording data into an Excel Spreadsheet, to later be processed in to a physical and digital directory.
