  • Associate Teacher Comment: Daisy is such a great kaiako and any centre will be so lucky to have her on their team. Daisy fit in so well that we did not want her to leave at all! Definitely wish we had a job for her. Daisy was able to engage in our current internal evaluation and also plan ING with such ease. She was able to create engaging provocations that were in line with our current planning. I absolutely loved being her A/T and she is a real credit to NZTC. Her reflections and everything she sent to me were just amazing.

  • Associate Teacher Comment: Daisy demonstrates strong initiative and common sense, confidently asking questions when needed. She works independently and effectively manages her own tasks, making her a valuable asset to any team. Daisy quickly incorporates feedback and new information into her practice. For example, after I suggested using social coaching for a child undergoing assessment for Asperger's, Daisy's efforts led to noticeable improvements in the child's social interactions within two weeks. Daisy plans engaging activities and mat times for children, with the standout being a forest treasure hunt using a metal detector. She thoroughly prepared by burying metal treasures and printing photo clues, which made the activity inclusive for all ages
