• providing customer service both face to face and over the telephone;

• maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions including awareness of new arrivals,

best sellers, offering alternatives, and answering general customer queries and requests;

• organizing and arranging the stockrooms of the store efficiently and in compliance with directions from

management and all health & safety requirements;

• processing the delivery and preparation of stock to ensure that it is available for replenishment on the shop

floor at all times;

• processing sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently, accurately, and strictly in accordance with the

company’s policies and procedures;

• To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints or issues quickly, to maintain high quality customer

service.

• To deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
• To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes.Services and cleans allocated rooms

to the highest standards within the allocated time.

• Replenishes and controls Guest supplies.
• Follows all Housekeeping policies and procedures to the standard set by the Executive Housekeeper.
