My approach combines strong problem-solving with impactful positive coaching, continuous improvement and fostering a culture of not only professional but personal growth too.
Throughout my journey at Smiths City, I have acquired a diverse set of skills by working across various departments including sales, administration, stockroom, assistant store management, and Store management and also with a great diverse group of people. Currently, I am employed in the IT department, serving as a Systems Trainer and IT Support.
I am dedicated to aiding individuals in their success, utilizing adaptability to shape understanding and tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of those I am guiding, recognizing our individual differences. I utilize calm and respect when dealing with everyone.
